A. Once your store is established, your website, domain name, and income are genuine assets that can be sold, transferred, or left to someone in your will.

Merchant memberships are automatically renewed on a month-to-month basis.
If a membership lapses for any reason, the Merchant typically has up to 90 days to restore his membership to "Active Status".

If a Merchant fails to renew his membership within the 90 day grace period, the membership will be terminated. In this case, the Merchant will permanently lose his placement in the 4x9 Matrix and will lose any down-line Affiliates.

Merchant's whose Membership has been terminated, must wait six months before re-applying for a new Merchant Membership.
