Once the transaction is complete, YOU and your CUSTOMER will both receive a notification from your website , keeping all parties informed of the progress of the order and UPS tracking codes.
In case of returns, the customer simply logs-in and reviews his purchases. There is a button to push that generates the necessary return notification. The process is simple and straight forward.
